A Virgo by birth; I am a believer, consultant and practitioner of the various applications of Music, Sound and Occupational Therapy for the purpose of enhancement of self, professional & organizational productivity.

I follow and study up on a wide variety of wellness and alternative therapies for healing and promoting well-being. I have been researching on the multitude of Application of Music other than for Entertainment (as means of alternative therapies for wellness) since the early 90's.

My main interests are the Application of Music & Sound for the medical & health benefits. I am a practitioner of Music & Brainwave Therapy. I also follow Naturalistic and Holistic healing using essential oils.
