I’m back with a very special hair mask this time, HOMEMADE DAMAGE REVERSAL HAIR MASK, An ideal fix created for gorgeous hair. and should ideally be used once a week easily. You have to believe me when I say that I have tried this Homemade Damage Reversal Hair Mask with Amla and it’s made my hair feel amazing. Regular use of this mask will detoxify & reverse the damage caused by heat, environment, pollutants, perspiration, untreated water and other factors.
Even though we all try not to cause deliberate damage to our hair, we just can’t resist the temptation of trying out styling tricks which do cause us to feel a little guilty when we see the negative effects of our tricks/water contaminants. Did you know that it is so easy to restore our hair using just a few common ingredients from our kitchens? The ingredients for this Damage Reversal Hair Mask have been chosen specially for their natural replenishing, regenerative & nourishing properties.
This mask will be relatively easier to apply for those who have had experience in applying henna. For those who find it a daunting task, feel free to let me know if you require a tutorial on How To Apply this mask.
Amla Powder – 3 Tbsp
Honey – 1 Tbsp
Aloe Vera – 2 Tsp
Olive Oil – 2 Tbsp
Egg – 1 Nos
Milk – As per consistency
Mix all ingredients well to make a smooth paste. Start by adding into the mix 1/4 Cup milk and adjust accordingly for consistency. The quantity of milk should be enough to give a paste-like consistency.
Apply the mask to thin sections of hair at a time. Pile it up into a spiral bun on one on top of another. Keep it on for 45 – 60 mins. Rinse off with water, avoid burning hot water. Follow it with a mild shampoo and conditioner.
Reverses damage caused by external heating devices.
Reverses damage caused by environmental factors.
Makes hair super soft and manageable
Reduces hair fall.
Tames frizz to some extent.
You can use both egg yolk & white for a nourishing hair mask. People with dry hair can use just the egg yolk to provide deep down conditioning as it is a great natural source of fatty content while people having oily hair should use just the egg white for best results as it has all the essential nutrients & proteins but without the fat content.
Guys, I would like you to tell me if there are any specific hair problems that you wish to tackle or need a mask for, I’m all for it.
I would love your suggestions on this. Your feedback is very important to me and that’s what motivates me.
See You Soon My dear Friends
